We have a superb CNC Milling "Cell" with the introduction of our Mikron WF31D machine with Heidenhein control and automatic Tool Changing Carousel which enables us to manufacture from the raw material stage not only for our own in house needs but as a service to our customers

Coupled with our Cad-Cam facilities we can now tackle 3D type contours and again take cutter paths etc via. Modem, E-Mail or floppy disk.

Bedestone Precision Engineering Limited offers the same high quality on it's Jig Boring activities being able to bore Horizontally and Vertically up to 1400x1000x800mm high on our SIP No.8 Jig Borer which forms part of our 4 machine Jig Boring operation. All types of engineering machining can be carried out using the many and varied skills of the management and workforce in Press and Mould Tools, Special Purpose Machines and Gauging etc.

Our Turning section gives us a capacity of 1 metre Swing with a length of 3 metres and full "Copying" facilities on our Binns and Berry Lathe with the smaller work being carried out on smaller machines.

All these operations are carried out in superb conditions under one roof adjacent to the main Bedestone factory which ensures the quality continuity so necessary in a successful operation
