facilities of 16 Jig Grinders of which 6 are CNC controlled, making
us not only the largest sub-contract Jig Grinding operation in
the UK, but "market leaders" with the commissioning
of the UK's first S35-600 CNC Hauser Jig Grinder with 6 programmable
axes and the largest CNC Jig Grinding capacity in Europe with
the Moore CP-1200 machine.
We offer the unique opportunity of having your workpieces ground
on our Moore G48 or CP-1200 enabling us to fully CNC contour grind
up to a capacity of 1200x600x750mm or up to 1800mm diameter utilising
our spin tables that give a roundness accuracy of 0.0005mm unloaded.
All holes are ground to an accuracy of 0.002mm on roundness and
parallelism with a positional accuracy of 0.005mm.
